About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced gardener to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining outdoor gardens and landscaped areas, providing expert care for indoor plants, cultivating and maintaining vegetable gardens, performing seasonal planting, watering, and general care of vegetation, managing and maintaining irrigation systems, and playing a key role in large-scale projects including planning and designing garden areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain outdoor gardens and landscaped areas
  • Provide expert care for indoor plants
  • Cultivate and maintain vegetable gardens
  • Perform seasonal planting, watering, and general care of vegetation
  • Manage and maintain irrigation systems
  • Play a key role in large-scale projects, including planning and designing garden areas
Requirements:
  • Full-time availability, five days a week (7:00–16:00)
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in gardening and/or professional expertise in plant, soil, and water sciences
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field
  • Willingness and ability to perform intensive, physical outdoor work
  • Strong operational skills, including task management and coordination with suppliers
  • High level of work ethic and professionalism
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A genuine passion for plants and gardening
  • Ability to work with computer systems
  • Academic degree in a relevant field is an advantage
  • Experience using gardening tools is an advantage
  • Good command of English is an advantage
