Senior Security Analyst
to join our research team and help uncover critical security risks in cloud and enterprise environments. In this role, you'll workclosely with customers during
POCs
, leading them through the security research process, identifying vulnerabilities in their infrastructure, and demonstrating the value of Token Security's platform. You'll also contribute to our cutting-edge research on
Non-Human Identity (NHI) security
, helping shape the way organizations secure machine identities at scale.

About The Role

  • Token Security is a pioneering startup in the Non-Human Identity (NHI) security space.
  • Security analysis is at the heart of what we do, solving some of the most complex technological challenges in cloud identity and infrastructure security.
  • Our research team focuses on IAM security across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments, working hands-on with customer environments.
  • Analysts play a critical role in customer POCs, not only uncovering misconfigurations, identity risks, and vulnerabilities—but also guiding customers through the technical journey and helping them understand their security posture.
  • You'll perform deep analysis inside customer environments, leveraging TokenSecurity's platform alongside manual techniques and tools to identify security gaps and risks.
  • You'll act as a trusted technical partner to customers, translating their needs into actionable insights and helping drive product enhancements.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead customers from the analysis and technical perspective during POCs, guiding them in identifying risks and understanding the impact of discovered security issues.
  • Perform hands-on security analysis in customer environments, uncovering misconfigurations, over-permissioned identities, and vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze complex cloud and hybrid infrastructures to expose weaknesses in IAM and machine identity management.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to provide technical clarity that supports closing strategic customer deals.
  • Share findings internally through analysis reports, advisories, and knowledge transfer, reinforcing Token Security's leadership in NHI security.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cloud security trends, IAM research, and offensive/defensive techniques.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience in security analysis, with hands-on skills inoffensive/defensive techniques.
  • Practical experience with cloud security and a strong understanding of IAM security, including identity management, authentication protocols, cloud access controls, and non-human identities.
  • Strong customer-facing abilities—you can confidently lead technical discussions, guide customers through analysis findings, and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • A problem-solver mindset—curious, analytical, and eager to dig deep into unfamiliar systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
