במסגרת התפקיד:

התפקיד כולל יישום והטמעה של מערכת Salesforce בארגון, עבודה שוטפת מול משתמשים עסקיים, איסוף דרישות ואפיון פתרונות במערכת. אחריות על הקמה ותחזוקה של אובייקטים, שדות, דוחות ו־Dashboards הגדרת תהליכים אוטומטיים (Flows) תמיכה בתקלות, הדרכת משתמשים ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכי CRM בנוסף, השתתפות בפרויקטים חוצי ארגון והטמעת פיצ'רים חדשים בהתאם לצרכי היחידות העסקיות.

דרישות התפקיד:

  • תואר ראשון בתחום רלוונטי (מערכות מידע, תעשייה וניהול, כלכלה, מנהל עסקים, מדעי המחשב) – חובה
  • ניסיון של שנה–שנתיים ביישום או הטמעת Salesforce או בתפקיד דומה בעולם ה־CRM – חובה
  • היכרות טובה עם אובייקטים, דוחות, הרשאות ו־ Flows במערכת Salesforce
  • יכולת איסוף דרישות ואפיון תהליכים עסקיים
  • יכולות הדרכה ושירותיות גבוהה מול משתמשים
  • אנגלית ברמה טובה – יתרון
  • יכולת למידה מהירה, סדר וירידה לפרטים
  • עבודה בצוות לצד יכולת עבודה עצמאית
