Role Overview

We're looking for a talented
Product Manager
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help evolve and extend our product, working across both core features and next-generation, AI-driven capabilities.

You'll act as a key driver in integrating
agentic GenAI
concepts into our product, identifying opportunities to enhance our hedging and treasury tools with intelligence, automation, and better user experiences. At the same time, you'll contribute broadly as part of the Product team, leading initiatives across our existing fintech product stack.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery efforts to identify opportunities for
    agentic AI capabilities
    across our product suite - both customer-facing and internal.
  • Build the
    foundations for GenAI adoption
    at Grain, including infrastructure, interaction flows, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Own the
    end-to-end product lifecycle
    : from customer discovery and problem definition to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to define and prioritize impactful features and new product directions.
  • Drive product discovery activities such as user interviews, competitive research, and partnership exploration.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features, including GenAI-powered experiences.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly across teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    product management
    , ideally within a B2B or SaaS startup.
  • Proven track record of
    shipping GenAI-powered features
    (e.g., assistants, chatbots, LLM-driven tools, or automation layers).
  • Solid understanding of
    GenAI evaluation techniques
    and best practices.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to align cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers and managing technical trade-offs.
  • Deep customer empathy and experience in product discovery.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field.
  • Experience in fintech, treasury, or FX/hedging domains is a big bonus.
