Role Description

Full-Time Hybrid Position: Performance Marketing Account Manager – US Clients

We're looking for a smart, strategic Performance Marketing Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role that requires native-level English and availability to work US hours two days a week.

The core mission of this role is to make clients successful and drive adoption by clearly explaining how the tool's data improves their ad campaigns, ensuring they receive actionable information, and high-impact advice.

You'll operate the platform and monitor performance daily, but your ultimate measure of success is the quality of your strategic client relationship and your ability to build trust as a knowledgeable, performance-focused partner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Client Communication (Primary Focus)

  2. Lead all client communication as the main strategic point of contact post-onboarding.

  3. Translate complex data (metrics, bidding logic) into clear, actionable strategies during performance reviews.

  4. Proactively advise clients on how to best use the tool to meet and exceed their marketing goals.

  5. Performance Monitoring & Tool Operations

  6. Operate and configure the proprietary optimization tool across assigned client accounts.

  7. Monitor and validate campaign data (Google, Bing, etc.).

  8. Diagnose performance issues using deep paid search expertise and ensure data integrity to meet client SLAs.

  9. Internal Collaboration & Tool Development

  10. Serve as the "Voice of the Client" by collecting structured feedback and feature requests.

  11. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to test new features and drive continuous improvement of the tool's performance.

Qualifications

  • NATIVE-LEVEL ENGLISH FLUENCY IS MANDATORY. Exceptional verbal and written communication is critical for providing strategic consultation to our international client base.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing large-scale Paid Search (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) is mandatory.
  • Proven understanding of advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and performance-based marketing KPIs.
