PMO Position – MNS Consulting
Responsibilities:
• Administrative work in the field of project management
• Entering supplier invoices into the PRIORITY system
• Opening contracts in the system as needed
• Tracking the process of linking contracts to tenders
• A small part of the role involves creating project cash flows and budgets
Job Requirements:
• Availability for a 50–100% position
• Student or graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Economics / Logistics / Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Administration
• Previous administrative experience in project management – a strong advantage
• Proficiency in computer applications – required; familiarity with PRIORITY – an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Motivation and willingness to learn about the field of project management
The position is based in Tel Aviv, next to Menora Hall.
