We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven
PPC Team Lead
to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in managing PPC teams within leading advertising agencies, with a deep understanding of performance marketing, media planning, and advanced measurement tools. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to drive measurable success across a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists, ensuring high performance and continued professional growth.
  • Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Taboola, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel media strategies to meet client KPIs.
  • Oversee eCommerce and performance marketing activities, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Implement and manage tracking and analytics solutions including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other measurement frameworks.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, pitches, and public-facing presentations.
  • Utilize AI-based tools and technologies to improve campaign efficiency and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and tech to ensure holistic campaign delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a PPC team in a well-established advertising agency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in PPC and digital advertising.
  • Deep expertise across major ad platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Taboola, and others.
  • Strong media planning and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Full proficiency in performance and eCommerce marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data measurement best practices.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in building and delivering presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.).
  • Confident, professional, and able to present effectively to clients and large audiences.
  • Experience with AI tools relevant to digital marketing and campaign optimization.
