  • Develop automation processes with a deep understanding of customer and business needs.
  • Build automation workflows integrated with AI capabilities.
  • Perform comprehensive testing of developed robots to ensure proper functionality and compliance with business requirements.
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing automation processes, making adjustments as needed to align with company needs.
  • Collaborate with internal interfaces, IT teams, and business clients.
  • Deliver training and technical support to business and technology teams on robot usage and troubleshooting.
  • Key role within a 4-person team (including developers and a team leader).

Requirements:

  • UiPath Developer Advanced Certification
    .
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    as an RPA Developer (UiPath).
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science / Information Systems or a related course.
  • Experience with
    leading RPA tools
    such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    – ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving skills
    – ability to resolve complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
