Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Help Desk Specialist for a hybrid role based in Holon, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include providing technical and help desk support to internal and external users, troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining and repairing desktop computers. The specialist will also document customer interactions and identify opportunities for improving support processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Technical Support and Help Desk Support
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues
  • Knowledge in maintaining and servicing Desktop Computers
  • Strong Customer Support skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a must
  • Experience in working with Jira, Confluence, VSC, Azure, Terraform
