A leading company in the field of real estate is looking for a Manager of Sales and Business Development to lead the marketing and sales area in the company and influence business growth.

The role includes business development, recruiting new customers, managing complex sales processes and strengthening relationships with existing customers.

About the role:

  • Formulating and leading short and long-term marketing and sales strategies.
  • Business development: creating partnerships with entrepreneurs, project management offices, environmental consultants and planning bodies.
  • Working directly with contractors, architects, engineers, project management companies, planning offices and consultants.
  • Preparing price quotes and managing advanced negotiations until closing contracts (simple and complex proposals).
  • Going to meetings with potential customers and promoting the company in the market.
  • Identifying market trends, identifying new business opportunities and initiating strategic partnerships.
  • Management and leadership of the marketing system, including promotion in digital media and at professional exhibitions.

What is required?

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing positions in the fields of real estate, infrastructure, engineering or business consulting – a must
  • Familiarity with construction plans and the ability to analyze them in order to prepare price quotes - a must
  • Ability to sell, manage negotiations and close complex deals – a must.
  • Full control of Office software (Word, Excel) and CRM systems – a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration – an advantage.
  • Willingness to go to field meetings – a must.
  • High interpersonal skills, initiative, a big head and the ability to work independently.
  • High level Hebrew and English – speaking, writing and reading.
