We are looking for a Warhead Development Lead to join our Missile and Space Systems Division

The Position Includes:

  • Leading the
    design and development of various types of warheads
    for IAI's full product line
  • Performing
    performance calculations
    for warheads and submunitions
  • Preparing
    manufacturing and assembly drawings
  • Writing detailed
    technical specifications
  • Developing
    test plans
    for arena trials and other live experiments
  • Providing
    on-site support during live testing and experimental validation

What We're Looking For:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aerodynamics Engineering –
    required
  • M.Sc. –
    advantage
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in
    warhead or explosives design
    –
    required
  • Proficiency in
    CAD tools
    –
    required
  • Experience with
    performance modeling and calculations
    –
    advantage
  • Familiarity with
    analyses and simulations
    –
    advantage
  • Experience in
    project leadership or cross-disciplinary coordination
    –
    advantage
  • Strong
    English skills
    (speaking, reading, writing) –
    required
