ITOps Integrator

A large financial organization is seeking an ITOps Integrator.

Job Overview:

Lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce platform interfaces, manage day-to-day infrastructure operations across all environments (development, testing, production), define, develop, and maintain monitoring in the platform and interface environments, support and oversee version releases, and manage incident response.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience - mandatory

* Experience with Salesforce, at least in Administration - mandatory

* Experience with integration tools (ETL, Kafka, APIM) - mandatory

* Experience with networking components (FW, F5, VIP, IP, PROXY, WAF) - mandatory

* Experience with cloud systems and infrastructure, including security tools - mandatory

* Technical knowledge and experience in software component installation - mandatory

* Familiarity with LDAP, AD, Kerberos, EntraID - mandatory

* Jira, Confluence - advantage

* Knowledge of software development - advantage

* Familiarity with Big Data - advantage

* Ability to independently lead end-to-end initiatives

* Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork experience, ability to handle pressure, assertive

* Willingness to be available outside regular hours during peak periods
