We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Regional Sales Manager
to oversee and strengthen our sales channels within a key region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all sales operations and performance across a designated regional area within the company's dealership network.
  • Conduct regular fieldwork to provide professional guidance, implement standardized work processes, and ensure adherence to best-in-class sales methodologies.
  • Take ownership of leasing activity at all assigned dealerships, including comprehensive training, coaching teams, and driving the achievement of aggressive regional sales targets.
  • Provide hands-on support and management for complex and strategic deals from initiation to successful closure.
  • Drive customer retention and loyalty through ongoing performance monitoring, control measures, and proactive engagement.
  • Design and deliver focused training sessions and presentations to enhance the sales professionalism and knowledge base across the region.
  • Collaborate closely and effectively with all internal organizational interfaces (e.g., Operations, Finance, Marketing).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct and matrix sales management
  • Experience within the leasing, fleet, or automotive industries- an Advantage
  • Prior management experience
  • Academic degree
  • Full proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
