Junior Customer Success Manager:

Appalgo is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team and grow within the mobile performance industry. The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.

Responsibilities:


• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.


• Manage online campaigns and monitor performance in a fast-paced environment.


• Ensure retention and satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance.


• Analyze data and optimize campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Qualifications:


• A Relevant BA or BSc degree such as Economics, Business, Behavioral Science etc.


• English- mother tongue or very high level


• Analytical skills including Microsoft Excel at a high level- a must


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.


• Creativity and ability to think "outside the box"
