About The Role
Join our team as a Temporary Project Manager, where you'll dive into the exciting world of corporate event planning within the life sciences / pharmacuetical industry You'll be the driving force behind handling the meeting logistics for a range of pharmacuetical meeting types and ensuring every detail is accurate, while staying on time and within budget. If you're a master of meeting management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

You're Good At

• Managing multiple projects seamlessly with top-notch organization skills
• Communicating effectively with clients and vendors like a pro
• Negotiating with suppliers to get the best bang for our buck
• Crafting and managing event budgets with precision
• Creating and executing detailed event plans with flair

You Might Also Have

• A Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in meeting & program planning
• Proficiency in Cvent, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite (required)
• Background in domestic and international group travel & meetings
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry (required)

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Temporary Project Manager
is $45 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
