Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts for a wide range of technical roles, with a focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, using advanced search techniques and a deep understanding of the tech landscape.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, niche communities, and additional sourcing tools to uncover top talent.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and automations to scale sourcing efforts, increase efficiency, and introduce new methods for talent discovery.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role profiles and ensure strong alignment on candidate expectations.
  • Manage and maintain all sourcing activity within Comeet / Spark (ATS), ensuring clean, accurate, and organized data.
  • Support key operational aspects of the recruiting process — including interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and workflow support — ensuring a seamless and timely experience.
  • Bring a creative, "think outside the box" mindset to identify new channels, strategies, and approaches to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical sourcing, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools across multiple platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with Comeet/ Spark or similar ATS systems, with the ability to maintain high data integrity.
  • Ability to integrate and use AI-based tools as part of sourcing workflows and process scalability.
  • Exceptional research capabilities, curiosity, and a creative approach to identifying hard-to-find talent.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to influence processes and elevate recruitment effectiveness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
