We're looking for a Salesforce Implementer & Systems Analyst


Role Description:

Analyze and map business processes, including documenting existing workflows and defining new ones based on Salesforce capabilities.

Implement new requirements and system changes – including daily work with Salesforce automation tools.

Define and manage integrations with core and digital systems, including object management, UI customization, permissions, and creating advanced reports and dashboards.

Design workflows, screens, reports, dashboards, and integration interfaces.


Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and system analysis

3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Strong process leadership skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders

Familiarity with SQL data structures and query writing

Experience defining API interfaces

Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds

Experience/knowledge in OmniStudio
