We're looking for a
hands-on Software Team Lead
- someone who can both lead and execute, who lives technology and understands people.

As
the CEO's right hand
, you'll lead end to end development, define the roadmap and architecture, and shape the company's technology direction.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead an experienced development team and take ownership of the architecture, development, and maintenance of complex systems in the fintech domain.
  • Build and scale high-performance systems with a strong focus on
    scalability, reliability, and real-time data processing.
  • Manage end to end development of the company's core platforms- from design to deployment.
  • Define and execute the company's
    technical roadmap
    and long term development strategy.
  • Develop backend services using
    NestJS
    , and frontend/mobile applications with

    or
    React Native.
  • Design, build, and maintain
    Public APIs
    and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ensure
    data integrity, performance, and security
    across all financial systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    CEO
    and business
    stakeholders to drive key technical and product decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years
    of software development experience-
    Must
  • Experience working with cloud environments-
    Must
    (Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Strong Advantage)
  • Backend development experience using
    NestJS
    -
    Must
  • Experience with
    and/or React Native
    -
    Must
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining
    Public APIs
    and
    performing system integrations- Must
  • Experience
    leading
    development teams-
