Description

We are looking for a independent, responsible and professional bookkeeper who is a team player, able to thrive in a fast-growing company, and deliver within strict deadlines.

You will join our professional finance team and be part of the company's global bookkeeping.

What you'll do:
  • Responsible for end to end AP cycle management: record invoices against POs, approval cycle, prepare payments.
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including: banking, vendor, accruals, credit cards etc.
  • Managing accurate and timely cash flow reporting.
  • Record daily transactions and execute journal entries, including month-end closing processes.
  • Experience working with Israeli Tax Authorities including VAT, 102 reporting etc.
  • Support ad-hoc financial tasks and initiatives to help drive operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Ad- hoc back up for the company's payroll controller.
  • Completeness, accuracy and timely manner is required in all the above responsibilities.
What we expect:
  • 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper in hi-tech and international companies
  • Experience working with Israeli Tax Authorities.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills - must
  • Fluent in English – speaking and writing
  • Proficiency in NetSuite (big advantage)
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
