About the Role

We're looking for a Tech Artist / Assets Manager who combines technical precision with creative intuition to optimize and automate asset workflows for AI-powered playable ads.

You'll act as the bridge between our Creative, Development, and Production teams—ensuring all visual, 3D, and VFX assets flow efficiently from concept to build.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the artistic intent and the technical constraints of game pipelines, and who enjoys building smarter, faster, and cleaner ways to manage assets.

You'll take ownership of how assets are organized, optimized, automated, and integrated into production—supporting our internal AI systems, Unity environments, and creative tools to keep our playable ad pipeline smooth and scalable.

What You'll Do

  • Optimize and prepare assets (3D models, textures, animations, VFX, UI, and audio) for lightweight HTML5 playable ads.
  • Automate workflows for asset preparation, naming, compression, and deployment using internal AI tools or custom scripts.
  • Collaborate with AI-driven production systems, ensuring assets are compatible and efficiently processed through automated pipelines.
  • Establish and maintain structured folder systems, naming conventions, and versioning across all projects.
  • Validate and test assets in different 3D tools for performance and visual integrity.
  • Communicate clearly with tech art, creative, and dev teams regarding asset readiness and optimization guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation and visual references for each asset package—ensuring transparency and reusability.

Propose improvements to enhance automation, reduce manual handling, and streamline production flows.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with different 3D tools (Blender, a plus).
  • Understanding of asset optimization techniques—polygon reduction, texture compression, and efficient material setup.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted production pipelines or creative automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of game design logic—how assets impact gameplay, clarity, and user experience.
  • Strong sense of organization and structure—clean naming, file discipline, and clarity are essential.
  • Comfortable with scripting or batch processing (Python, JS, or CLI tools) for automation tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset—able to work closely with developers, designers, and AI systems.
  • Fluent in English, able to communicate clearly in a global creative environment.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with version control (Git), render pipelines, or internal asset management tools.
