צוות ה  Compliance תומכים בזיהוי דרישות מוצר ועמידה בדרישות של תקנים בינלאומיים הנדרשים בתעשייה הביטחונית.  חלק מהעבודה הנדרשת כולל זיהוי איתור וניתוח דרישות עבור מוצרים ומרכיבי מוצר. מענה למחלקת פיתוח, איכות , מכירות ועסקים עבור עמידה בדרישות מוצר כולל דרישות של שרשרת אספקה בהיבטים של דרישות ממשל סביב איכות הסביבה ואתיקה.

התפקיד כולל:

  • תמיכה של איסוף, ארגון, ניתוח והשלמת מידע עבור רכיבי מוצר, תחזוקת הצהרות לטובת עמידה במדדי איכות הסביבה ודוחות שנתיות עבור מיקור של שרשרת אספקה.
  • התפקיד כולל השלמת מידע עבור רכיבים בשרשרת האספקה בתחום Material Compliance הידוע כ REACH ו RoHS ועוד רגולציות.
  • תקשורת עם מחלקות פנימיות, מעקב אחר משימות עבור פעולות מונעות ומתקנות תחזוקת רשומות מידע ומענה לפי הצורך .
  • דיווח ישיר למומחית קומפליאנס - יינתן הנחייה וליווי מקצועי לטובת ביצוע המשימות הנדרשות.

כחלק מחברת טכנולוגיה ביטחונית מובילה, והתמודדות עם אתגרים רגולטוריים מורכבים בתחום הביטחוני, התפקיד מציע חשיפה ייחודית לעולם הרגולציה, ציות, בקרה ואכיפה, תוך פיתוח כישורים מקצועיים בתחום שרשרת האספקה.

היקף המשרה

 3 ימים בשבוע (כ-27 שעות שבועיות), בשעות 08:00 – 17:00. התפקיד מתאים לסטודנטים בשנה ג' או שנה אחרונה ומעלה בתחומי משפטים, תעשייה וניהול (עם התמחות בשרשרת אספקה, לוגיסטיקה), מהנדס חומרה, ו מדעי הסביבה או תחומים קרובים.

Requirements

כישורים אישיים

  • שליטה גבוהה בעברית ובאנגלית: קריאה, כתיבה והבנה ברמה מתקדמת
  • ארגון, יסודיות ודייקנות גבוהה, עם יכולת עבודה עצמאית תחת לחץ זמן ותשומת לב לפרטים קריטיים.
  • כישורי תקשורת מצוינים, כולל יכולת שיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים מגוונים (פנימיים וחיצוניים) וחשיבה אנליטית ממוקדת פתרונות.
