We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive a portfolio of digital interaction projects (e.g., QR codes, NFC) within our Digital Sales & Services Technology team. This role involves leading end-to-end delivery, managing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across key initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects for digital product interaction technologies and processes
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Business Units to define solutions, scope, and budgets
  • Drive implementation with cross-functional teams, overseeing timelines, risks, and resources
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Ensure product data accuracy, manage data loads, and resolve data gaps
  • Promote adoption of digital tools and standardized processes through change management
  • Support training and enablement initiatives for business and operations teams
  • Communicate program objectives and progress to stakeholders and gather feedback

What you'll need:

  • 3 years of experience in program/project management or delivery roles in digital/technical environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
  • A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis and optimization
  • Experience managing budgets, creating business cases, and tracking financial performance
  • Solid understanding of digital interaction technologies (e.g., QR codes, NFC, APIs, mobile apps)
  • Experience in defining and improving business processes
  • Familiarity with change management practices in digital transformation contexts
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams
