The Role
We're looking for a
HubSpot Specialist
to be the primary point of contact for our clients' HubSpot CRM. In this role, you'll deliver end-to-end HubSpot support, onboarding, reporting, automations, and 3rd-party integrations. You'll be responsible for analytics, workflows, AI-driven automation, and revenue reporting -while also supporting ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide ongoing HubSpot CRM support across multiple clients, including configuration, implementation, and optimization.
- Act as the primary HubSpot administrator: creating and improving workflows, custom fields, and data management processes for Marketing, Sales, and Service.
- Build and manage automations to support marketing and sales processes.
- Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards, ensuring data integrity and quality through reporting, migrations, and cleansing.
- Oversee user access, permissions, and role assignments in collaboration with client sales/marketing leaders.
- Lead HubSpot onboarding projects end-to-end.
- Execute tasks across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Conduct HubSpot audits and provide optimization recommendations.
- Guide client decisions, train users, and share best practices.
- Design and implement marketing, sales, and service automation plans.
- Support integrations with other platforms/tools.
- Collaborate with our internal marketing team to manage client projects and communications.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns with measurable ROI.

- Expand original project scopes by adding value through insights and innovation.
- Stay current on all new HubSpot features and capabilities.
- Manage multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Demonstrate strong time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and client stakeholders, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Drive qualified leads and process improvements through data-driven marketing.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and able to balance independence with teamwork.
