Operational Excellence Project Manager – Production & Manufacturing.

This hands-on, strategic role reports to the VP of Production and will lead cross-functional projects, implement Lean & Six Sigma, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Your Impact

  • Lead strategic projects to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and best practices.
  • Mentor teams and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in industrial/manufacturing projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
