Role Overview
As a Client Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of diverse clients, ensuring their business goals are achieved through data-driven, creative, and performance-oriented marketing strategies. You'll collaborate closely with media, creative, and analytics teams, translating client needs into actionable plans and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the end-to-end client experience,
including responsibility for strategy, operations, data, media, and technological innovation. - Serve as the main contact for clients, building trust-based and long-term partnerships.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful digital campaigns.
- Prepare and present insights, recommendations, and performance reviews tailored to client objectives.
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends to provide innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of client management experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency, working mainly with Israeli clients.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- AI & technology-driven mindset leveraging tools to boost efficiency and problem-solving.
- Commercial orientation- understanding business goals and financial considerations.
- Marketing orientation- passion for creativity, and brand growth.
- Curiosity, self-learning, and a proactive approach to innovation.
- Fluent Hebrew.
