About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on
Technical Team Lead
to join our
Customer Success
group. This role bridges the gap between customers, support engineers, and R&D — ensuring smooth deployments, top-quality technical support, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of technical support engineers.
  • Serve as the technical focal point for escalations from customers and field engineers.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Twine systems at customer sites.
  • Analyze recurring issues and define corrective actions or training needs.
  • Maintain clear documentation, reports, and knowledge base updates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or field service role — preferably with Print, electromechanical or industrial systems.
  • 2+ Proven experience leading or mentoring a small technical team.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware & software (no coding required).
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
  • High level of English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel abroad (up to 25%).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the textile or printing industry.
  • Familiarity with motion or dispensing systems.
