Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our AI-driven process automation initiatives, focusing on leveraging Generative AI and advanced technologies to transform and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-powered automation projects, with emphasis on Generative AI solutions
  • Identify and assess processes suitable for intelligent automation using AI/ML technologies
  • Manage cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and AI adoption strategies
  • Oversee integration of GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into existing workflows
  • Drive process reengineering initiatives using AI-first approach
  • Manage proof-of-concepts (POCs) for emerging AI technologies
  • Ensure compliance with AI governance, ethics, and data privacy requirements
  • Track ROI and KPIs for automation initiatives
  • Bridge technical AI capabilities with business requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management experience in technology/software projects
  • Experience in defining internal organizational processes and managing integration projects
  • Strong understanding of process automation tools and methodologies
  • Experience with:
  • AI/ML platforms and tools -
    will be an advantage
  • API integrations and workflow automation -
    will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems) -
    will be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
