מדובר בתפקיד מרתק, שמשלב בין העולם הפיננסי, העסקי והאסטרטגי ומקדם אבני דרך משמעותיות בליבת העשייה של החברה.

במסגרת התפקיד תיקח.י חלק ב:

בנייה וניהול של מודלים פיננסיים והערכות שווי עבור מכרזי BOT, עסקאות ופרויקטים קיימים ועתידיים

בחינת היתכנות, כדאיות כלכלית וניהול מימון לפרויקטים בתחום התשתיות והאנרגיה

בנייה של ניתוחים כלכליים, הכנת מצגות

ניתוח וניהול סיכונים פיננסיים הכרוכים בפרויקטי תשתית מורכבים

מעקב ובקרה אחר פרויקטים פעילים עפ"י אבני הדרך, בקרת מודל ובקרה תקציבית פרויקטלית

בחינה של השקעות: עריכת הערכות שווי, ניתוחי סיכונים עבור תהליכי M&A

התאמה לתפקיד תתכן על בסיס הניסיון וההשכלה הבאים:

תואר בכלכלה/מתמטיקה /מימון/ מנהע"ס או תואר רלוונטי אחר – חובה

ניסיון של לפחות 4 שנים במידול פיננסי / מימון פרויקטאלי /אנליסט עסקי (ניסיון במימון פרויקטים, הערכות שווי, תוכניות עסקיות)– חובה.

ניסיון עבודה בפירמת ייעוץ פיננסי מובילה/ חברה בתחום האנרגיה /תשתיות- חובה

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (קריאה, כתיבה, דיבור) - חובה

שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office לרבות Excel – חובה, VBA – יתרון

ניסיון עבודה בתחום האנרגיות המתחדשות/ תשתיות - יתרון

התפקיד יוכל להתאים במיוחד לבעלי:

יכולת אנליטית גבוהה ואוריינטציה עסקית

יחסי אנוש טובים, תודעת שירות גבוהה, יכולת עבודה בצוות ואל מול ריבוי ממשקים

יכולות סדר וארגון גבוהות, דייקנות, יסודיות וירידה לפרטים

יכולת עבודה ולמידה עצמאית

משימתיות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה בעומס

עבודה במשרה מלאה במשרדי החברה בהוד השרון.
