Product Marketing Manager
to help us scale faster—bringing our story to life, supporting go-to-market execution, and driving product adoption and commercial success.
Your Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Orca AI, you'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing—defining and communicating our value to the market. You'll help shape our narrative, launch new features and offerings, support the sales team with high-impact enablement materials, and partner closely with the marketing team to drive engagement at every stage of the funnel.
This role is ideal for someone who's equal parts strategist and storyteller—passionate about technology, deeply customer-oriented, and experienced in turning technical products into compelling value propositions.
What You'll Do:
- Define and refine our product positioning and messaging to differentiate Orca AI in a crowded space.
- Translate technical features into clear, benefits-driven stories tailored to our buyer personas (fleet managers, operations teams, executives).
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to plan and execute GTM strategies for launches—features, platform updates, new use cases, and integrations.
- Ensure internal and external alignment on launch plans, messaging, and success metrics.
- Develop pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, battlecards, and training materials to help Sales teams sell with confidence.
- Create narratives and materials tailored to specific buyer journeys and use cases (safety, fuel efficiency, sustainability, etc.).
- Conduct competitive analysis, customer interviews, and win/loss reviews to inform messaging, roadmap prioritization, and campaign planning.
- Stay on top of industry trends, customer pain points, and buying behaviors.
- Work closely with content, demand gen, and brand teams to align messaging and fuel integrated campaigns with strong product narratives.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in product roadmap and positioning discussions.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years in B2B product marketing experience from maritime tech companies, ideally from SaaS companies in the fields of AI with complex technology products
- Experience working in fast-paced startups or scale-ups with cross-functional collaboration
- A strong portfolio of product launches, sales enablement assets, and positioning frameworks
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills—you can simplify the complex and communicate clearly
- Analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from customer, market, and product data
- Experience working closely with sales, product, and content teams
- A strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and high attention to detail
- (Bonus) Experience marketing to industrial sectors like shipping, logistics, aviation, or energy
