The role includes managing development projects of launch and control systems that are designed to operate in marine environments, and integrating them on board and within naval vessels or shore-based platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading development projects in challenging naval and environmental conditions
  • Matrix management of system engineering teams, multidisciplinary engineers, and subcontractors
  • Managing project budgets, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Acting as the primary point of contact (POC) with prime contractors and clients (local and international)
  • Full responsibility for the project's Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) throughout the product lifecycle
  • Supporting the marketing and procurement departments with pricing and proposal activities
  • Overseeing compliance with technical requirements and managing system verification and validation activities

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong technical and operational orientation toward naval systems
  • Practical experience in developing and installing systems onboard naval platforms
  • Proven leadership skills and excellent interpersonal communication with internal and external stakeholders

Advantages:

  • Experience working directly with shipyards and naval engineering entities (local or international)
  • Naval officer course / Military or civilian experience onboard naval platforms
  • Familiarity with maritime standards and regulations (military and civilian)
