Business Data Analyst

you'll play a critical role in transforming data into insights that drive business performance. Supporting the launch and growth of a leading global fashion brand in Israel, you will analyze customer behavior, forecast demand, and optimize inventory — helping us make smarter, faster decisions.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, retail strategy, and innovation. You'll own the brand's planning and forecasting process, collaborate with teams across the business, and help integrate AI and predictive tools into everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze CRM and sales data to identify customer trends, behaviors, and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other BI tools
  • Develop demand forecasting models to predict sales and ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Lead the end-to-end order planning process, including demand estimation and alignment with buying teams
  • Utilize AI tools and predictive analytics to improve accuracy and efficiency in planning
  • Monitor inventory performance and recommend strategies to reduce overstock and out-of-stock situations
  • Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and visual teams to align data with business strategy
  • Present clear insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, demand planning, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI – ability to clean, analyze, and visualize large datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to extract insights from complex data and translate them into clear, actionable plans
  • Experience or strong interest in AI tools, predictive analytics, and automation technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with curiosity, learning agility, and a passion for retail, data, and innovation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities
