Documentation Center and Training Specialist

• Lead and operate the Documentation Center, managing the full document lifecycle (issuance, version control, review, approval, distribution), in compliance with GMP and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
• Ensure timely periodic review and update of controlled documents.
• Manage internal archiving and coordinate transfer to external archives.
• Provide professional documentation support to all departments.
• Support audits and inspections by ensuring availability of required documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads and process owners to design, build, and maintain accurate training curricula that reflect current responsibilities, regulatory expectations, and competency requirements, ensuring alignment between training content, job functions, and controlled documentation.
• Ensures timely execution and follow-up of the onboard and annual training program.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for documentation and training processes, leveraging digital tools, automation, and analytics to enhance efficiency, traceability, and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.

• 5 years' experience in managing the Documentation center and training coordination in pharmaceutical industry.

  
  
• Direct knowledge and experience in Documentation center and training within a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS); hands-on experience with
  Veeva QMS
  and implementation of new modules is a significant advantage.

Experience in coordinating employee training programs, including onboarding, annual training plans, and qualification tracking.

• Proficient in documentation center operations, including controlled document issuance, version control, distribution, and archiving.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation handling.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with various departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
