Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Tour Operator to join our dynamic and passionate team. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Tour Operator located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. You'll be responsible for bringing to life extraordinary travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics, and exceeding client expectations from initial briefing through to the final farewell.

Key Responsibilities


• Operate complex, high-end itineraries travel itineraries across the region (primarily Israel, and also Jordan, Egypt, etc.)


• Liaise with guides, hotels, drivers, and other suppliers to confirm and manage all logistics


• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing top-level service and support throughout their journey


• Handle last-minute changes, troubleshoot issues, and proactively manage client expectations


• Collaborate with travel designers and sales team to ensure itinerary feasibility and smooth transitions

Qualifications


• Extensive experience in tour operating, travel planning, or destination management, ideally in the luxury segment


• Deep knowledge of Israel's tourism landscape; knowledge of regional travel (Jordan, Egypt, etc.) a plus


• Strong client service skills, with a proven ability to support luxury clients


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong conversational Hebrew.


• Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and a natural problem solver


• Comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and a fast-paced, detail-driven environment


• A passion for travel and cultural exploration
