מה בתפקיד?

  • הנהלת חשבונות עד מאזן: ספקים, לקוחות, בנקים והתאמות
  • הכנת משכורות ותלושים מלאים, דיווחים לרשויות (102, 106 וכו')
  • טיפול בפנסיה, זכויות סוציאליות ועמידה בדיני עבודה
  • ניהול תיקי עובדים – קליטה, סיום, מילואים ועוד
  • מתן מענה לעובדים ושיתוף פעולה עם חשב החברה, רו"ח ויועצים

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

  • תעודת הנהלת חשבונות סוג 1+2 – חובה, סוג 3 – יתרון
  • ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בהנה"ח עד מאזן + שכר – חובה
  • שליטה מלאה באקסל, ובסביבת  Office
  • היכרות עם דיני עבודה ורגולציה בתחום
  • דיוק, אחריות ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
  • עבודה שוטפת במערכת  ERP.
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד (קריאה, כתיבה תכתובות שוטפות)
