About The Position

We're looking for a PPC Facebook Campaign Manager to join the Tenengroup team and lead high-performing, data-driven campaigns that fuel Yves Rocher's digital growth.

As a PPC Facebook Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale Facebook campaigns with a focus on performance, storytelling, and conversion. You'll collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce compelling content, uncover growth opportunities, and leverage data insights to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Facebook campaigns for the US market.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure the highest possible return on investment.
  • Identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to produce compelling video content.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video campaigns.
  • Provide input on scriptwriting, shot lists, and visual elements to enhance the effectiveness of video content.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in FB campaign management
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking, proficiency in Excel
  • Creative intuition
  • Independent and highly motivated to succeed
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced industry
  • Strong written English and copy-editing skills
