We are hiring a
Medical sales representative Team Manager

Job Description:

  • Implement marketing tactics through a team of medical representatives.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop medical reps.
  • Conduct field coaching and monitoring to improve call effectiveness.
  • Set and manage personal and team targets; lead regular team meetings.
  • Achieve quarterly goals: quantitative, qualitative, and sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and support the creation of promotional materials (brochures, leave-behinds, presentations, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences –
    mandatory
  • Experience as a medical representative –
    mandatory
  • High level of English (spoken and written) -
    mandatory
  • Previous managerial experience –
    advantage
