We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Product Owner
to lead and execute large-scale strategic initiatives across yad2, reporting to the VP Product. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role at the heart of yad2's business operations,

combining strategic product ownership with practical system execution.

What you will be doing

  • Hands-on product owner leading strategic, cross-department Salesforce projects from concept through execution, leveraging Salesforce as a core business platform
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, define processes and workflows, and design scalable solutions
  • Create roadmaps, manage and prioritize ongoing requests, enhancements, and maintenance tasks in Salesforce
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure system configurations and workflows align with company strategy and best practices
  • Analyze system usage trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the platform

Your skills and experience

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role – a
    must
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce processes, objects, and capabilities
  • Experience translating business needs into user stories and functional requirements
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills – able to balance between multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, etc)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical, structured thinker with attention to detail
  • Relevant academic degree – an advantage

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar)
  • Experience in a marketplace or digital platform environment
  • Familiarity with data analytics or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
