This role owns thecustomer journeyend-to-end: onboarding, account management, retention, and growth.Responsibilities:Act as the primary customer advocate , managing strategic accounts and technical requestsLead onboarding, account setup, and user managementConduct business reviews , track health metrics , and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver valueMonitor adoption, manage escalations , and drive customer retentionUse CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk) and Excel / SQL for insightsRequirements3–5 years in Customer Success / Account Management within SaaS or data servicesBachelor's in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldStrong Excel proficiency – required; SQL – advantageFamiliarity with web technologies / JavaScript – advantageFluent English; Spanish or French – advantageHighly organized, proactive, and skilled in project management , customer advocacy , and cross-functional collaborationJoin a fast-growing SaaS company where your skills in customer success, data-driven products, and account management will directly impact growth.
