We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Documentation Project Manager to join our Product team. This role is crucial for ensuring our documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to both internal and external stakeholders, driving efficiency and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage documentation delivery workflows, ensuring tasks, releases, and dependencies are tracked and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate and publish release notes for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee external technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and developer guides.
  • Automate documentation processes, transforming code annotations and technical details into clear, structured guides.
  • Drive process automation using AI tools to improve efficiency in delivery and documentation workflows.
  • Lead the documentation effort and work closely with product managers, engineers, solution architects, professional services, and product marketing managers to align priorities and deliverables.
  • Ensure documentation meets established brand, style, and usability standards for all audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical writing, release management, or documentation management.
  • Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with API documentation tools and technical writing best practices.
  • Proven technical skills and understanding of data models and tools, such as JSON, Swagger, Postman, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Jira and agile delivery workflows.
  • Background in automation and AI tools for documentation and processes - a significant advantage.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential for documentation, communication, and collaboration. English mother tongue - a significant advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
