Besides premium matcha, we provide curated matcha accessories and branded merchandise to enhance the tea-drinking experience. Serving both B2B and B2C customers, we partner with over 100 locations, including cafes and specialty shops, to share the best matcha with their patrons. Role Description
This part-time hybrid role as Field Sales Representative is based in Israel. The role involves building relationships with B2B customers such as cafes and specialty shops, identifying sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in events. The representative will also gather customer feedback, collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in expanding Mix&Matcha's market presence.
Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations
- Organizational and time management skills to manage schedules and meet sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry, particularly cafes and specialty shops, is an advantage
- A passion for matcha and a deep understanding of Matcha culture are desirable
- A Bachelor's degree studant in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
