About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives in data and artificial intelligence, focusing on building secure, scalable infrastructures for data sharing across organizations. The position involves managing the development of data interfaces, defining data standards, and overseeing access governance — all while ensuring regulatory compliance and data privacy to drive public value and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, planning, and implementation of advanced data and technology products.
  • Define solution architecture and establish modern CI/CD methodologies.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and external vendors with significant budgets.
  • Develop multi-year roadmaps and execute secure data-sharing strategies.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and organizational stakeholders to ensure compliance and data protection.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Minimum 3 years managing data-related products or technology development teams.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, APIs, identity and access management, and data infrastructures.
  • Proven experience in complex or multi-organizational data environments – strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with data-sharing methodologies and information architecture – advantage.
