We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Help Desk Manager
to lead our technical support team and drive operational excellence in IT service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Help Desk team, including task assignment, supervision, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide high-level technical support and guidance on complex issues.
  • Oversee ticketing systems: track open issues, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and service quality.
  • Develop and implement processes and standards to improve help desk operations.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless support and communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support / Help Desk Team Leader.
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 5 support technicians.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good command of English – reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and service-oriented.
