תיאור התפקיד

  • פיקוח ובקרה והובלה של מכלול פעולות המחוז לנושאי החירום במסגרות חוץ ביתי ובקהילה שבגבולות המחוז בהתאם למדיניות המשרד ולהנחיות מנהל/ת המחוז ומטה המשרד;
  • הכנת מיפוי ותמונות מצב של מוכנות המחוז לחרום בשגרה ובחירום במוסדות הרווחה וברשויות המקומיות, ובכלל זה, צרכי אוכלוסיית הרווחה במסגרות חוץ ביתי ובמחלקות לשירותים חברתיים ועדכון שוטף של מאגרי המידע במוסדות ובקהילה;
  • בנייה וגיבוש תוכנית עבודה לפיקוח ולבקרה על פעילות החירום במחוז במסגרות חוץ ביתי וכן ברשויות המקומיות שבמחוז;
  • ביצוע ביקורות תקופתיות לגבי לגבי היערכות, כשירות ומוכנות המחוז לנושאי החירום;
  • כתיבת דוחות על ממצאי הביקורות חירום;
  • ייזום וביצוע תרגילים תקופתיים, השתלמויות, ימי עיון, הדרכה והכשרת מערך כח האדם במחוז בנושאים שונים הנוגעים במוכנות חירום;
  • ביצוע מטלות נוספות בהתאם לצורך ולהוראות הממונה.

ניסיון

לבעלי השכלה אקדמית תואר ראשון - 3 שנות ניסיון (לבעלי תואר שני - 2 שנת ניסיון), בתחום החירום או הביטחון.
