We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing HR team. If you're a data-driven who thrives on challenges and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities, this role is for you.
In this fast-paced and dynamic industry, you'll play a key leadership role by owning and leading the entire recruitment function, including full responsibility for managing existing processes and team members. You'll drive innovative recruitment strategies, creatively source top talent, and partner with hiring managers across our global offices. Responsibles:
- Own the recruitment process end-to-end- Sourcing, phone interviews, HR interviews, working closely with agencies.
- Professional management of the talent Acquisition function in Bigabid, including close oversight of recruitment processes and data-driven decision-making.
- Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
- Partner and work closely with global hiring managers to design the hiring process, craft profiles, and ensure high-quality talent recruitment
- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes, and best sourcing practices, including AI tools.
- Manage effective, data-driven recruiting processes using dashboards and reports with key metrics to support strategic decision-making and optimize hiring outcomes.
- Leverage metrics and KPIs from the HR Analytics team to support recruitment strategies.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
Requirements:
- +5 years of proven experience of end-to-end recruiting in-house, preferably at a global high tech company that had grown rapidly
- +2 years of management experience- Advantage.
- Experience with a wide variety of sourcing tools and AI methods
- Proven experience in working with a global hiring processes, including conducting interviews
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a very dynamic environment
- Data-driven approach and ability to report and analyze hiring processes
- Pro-active with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
