We are looking for:

A Software Team Lead (80% hands on) to play a key role in developing our flagship products – from concept to mass production.

When: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the software domain of complex medical device systems, implementing the company's technological strategy and goals.


• Manage a team of 3 software engineers while maintaining significant hands-on contribution (~80%).


• Oversee all stages of software development: architecture, design, coding, testing, and integration.


• Participate in validation processes, software testing, and preparation of regulatory submission documentation.


• Prepare technical documentation, development reports, and present progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:


•
B.Sc
. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a recognized university – required


• 7+ years of experience in back-end software development using .NET Core and C# – required


• 3+ years of experience as a Software Team Lead – required


• Proven experience working in Agile development environments – required


• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and Web APIs – required


• Strong technical writing skills and ability to produce documentation across the product lifecycle – required


• Experience in Real-Time Embedded development – advantage

Strong Advantages:


• Background in electronics or embedded systems development


• Experience integrating hardware and software in medical systems


• Experience leading development under medical regulations (FDA, MDR)


• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 13485


• Proven track record of taking a medical product from concept to serial production
