We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our dynamic commercial team.

What You Will Do:

  • Documentation Creation: Author and update all user documentation for desalination plants and related products, including: technical data books and Manuals, various user guides and Operation Manuals
  • Operator Training materials and supporting graphics.
  • Provide end-to-end support for international bid and tender submissions, including material review, language refinement, and ensuring persuasive, technically precise language.
  • Drive innovation by integrating and collaborating with AI tools and augmentation practices (e.g., automation, translation, validation) within the documentation workflow.
  • Work seamlessly with engineers, project managers, and sales teams to guarantee technical accuracy, clarity, and compliance across all materials.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns rigorously with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Create high-quality technical presentations and other specialized materials for professional conferences and publication.

What You Will Bring:

  • Exceptional command of the English language (Mother Tongue) – Mandatory.
  • 3+ years of professional Technical Writing experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in drafting and supporting international Bids & Tenders.
  • AI Tools: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into the documentation workflow (Advantage).
  • Technical Writing Certification (Advantage)
  • Proficient with PDF software and the MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of graphic tools for documentation support (Advantage).
