  • Lead global sourcing for Technology categories, with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Manage key supplier relationships and lead negotiations, including full ownership of the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process
  • Provide contractual insight, review terms, and drive contract optimization in collaboration with Legal and Finance
  • Evaluate, identify, and mitigate commercial and operational risks with business stakeholders, and develop opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and other business units to align procurement strategies with company objectives
  • This is a 50% (half-time) role — ideal for candidates seeking a flexible schedule while gaining hands-on experience in a top-tier tech company.

Requirements:

  • To be a Procurement Manager at XM Cyber, you need…
  • 2+ years of experience in Indirect Technology Procurement within a global organization
  • Strong experience negotiating software licensing agreements and working with IT integrators and resellers
  • Familiarity with vendors and tools in the Information Technology and Cybersecurity domains
  • Hands-on experience with procurement and finance tools such as Zip, NetSuite, and similar systems - an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
