We're looking for a
Data & AI Product Manager
to lead the development of smart, data-driven products that deliver real business value and impact.
What You'll Do:
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data- and AI-based products.
- Lead discovery, design, and implementation with Data, Engineering, and UX teams.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on business value.
- Build intelligent data models (ML) and GenAI solutions (chatbots, automation, etc.).
- Define KPIs, run A/B tests, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across business units (Risk, Actuarial, Digital, Service, and more).
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Data or Product roles (Data Product / BI / Analytics).
- Strong SQL and BI skills — must.
- Proven experience leading data-driven initiatives in large organizations.
- Familiarity with ML and GenAI — advantage.
- Curious, proactive, and a great collaborator.
