We are looking for a
HR Business Partner
to join our HR team.
As a HR Business partner, you will partner closely with managers and employees, helping shape our people strategy, drive growth, and build an exceptional workplace where every employee can maximize his potential and thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Support managers at all levels and ensure high-quality management at all business units
- Utilize global tools, resources, and frameworks to develop local and regional solutions to talent, business, and operational challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our managers, guiding people management practices, legal compliance, and employee engagement.
- Coach managers on strengthening their managerial and leadership capabilities.
- Serve as an employee advocate to ensure a healthy, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
- Support onboarding, growth frameworks, learning initiatives, performance reviews and career pathing tailored to our culture and environment.
- Analyze people's data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with our global People team to align processes and share best practices.
- Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in a global fast-moving tech company.
- Proven experience supporting managers and tech teams through growth, change, and scaling processes.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, and engagement practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A true team player who connects easily with others.
- Experience in leading projects in different capacities, end to end.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Can-do attitude with a positive mindset.
- Experience working with Hibob (HRIS) is an advantage.
