Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, research, product, sales, and sales-support roles (including global hiring ).
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, direct outreach, and employee-referral campaigns.
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates' cultural and role fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Manage relationships with local and global recruitment agencies when needed.
- Prepare and deliver employment offers and contracts.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Provide ongoing HR support, including employee relations, documentation, and participation in HR initiatives.
- Track recruitment progress and use basic metrics to improve efficiency and pipeline quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within tech/hi-tech companies, including strong sourcing skills -
must
. - Experience recruiting Sales and Sales-Support positions internationally -
strong advantage
. - Proven experience conducting HR interviews and managing employment offers/contracts -
must
. - Experience multitasking and managing several hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Organized, proactive, people-oriented, and able to work effectively with global teams.
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools (Comeet - advantage).
